Prácticas grupales como aprendizaje del trabajo colaborativo en el Grado universitario de Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos

Abstract

El trabajo en equipo es la competencia que las empresas españolas consideran más importante en los trabajadores, según la Encuesta Anual Laboral de 2018 del Ministerio de Trabajo, Migraciones y Seguridad Social. Sin embargo, este dato contrasta con el hecho de que esa misma habilidad sea percibida por los ofertantes de trabajo como una de las más difíciles de aprender. Esta contribución expone los resultados de una investigación realizada en la Escuela Universitaria de Relaciones Laborales de Elda, adscrita a la Universidad de Alicante, recogiendo y analizando información proporcionada por el equipo docente y el alumnado durante el curso académico 2019-2020. Su finalidad ha sido estudiar hasta qué punto y de qué modo se utiliza el aprendizaje del trabajo colaborativo en el Grado de Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos impartido en el centro. Los resultados han permitido detectar fortalezas y debilidades con el fin de diseñar criterios uniformes en el profesorado para mejorar, en los próximos cursos, el desarrollo entre los estudiantes de esta competencia tan valorada en el mercado de trabajo.
