La relatora sintetiza las veinte ponencias presentadas respecto del tema, agrupándolas en cinco ejes temáticos: delimitación conceptual del activismo judicial, explicación del fenómeno, valoración de la judicialización política, análisis de nuevos fenómenos vinculados, y ejemplos propuestos; finalmente, se proponen problemas para el debate en la asamblea.
The rapporteur synthetizes the twenty presented papers on the topic, grouping them in five main themes: conceptual delimitation of judicial activism, explanation of the phenomenon, politic judicialization assessment, analysis about new related phenomena, and some proposed examples; finally, presents some problems for the debate in the assembly.
