Abstract

Denne masteroppgaven handler om hvordan ambulansepersonell uformelt lærer yrket i ambulansefellesskapet. Med denne oppgaven ønsker jeg å peke på og belyse den uformelle læringa i ambulansetjenesten i Troms og hvordan man kan bruke ulike teorier til å for et sterkere fokus på denne læringa som skjer i praksis.
