This chapter provides an overview of previous research on co-created sustainability in Norwegian working life. The literature review shows that the scope of research on how Norwegian organizations understand and collaborate on sustainability is limited. The contributions in the book make up for this lack of knowledge, when they explore the co-creation of various organizations for sustainable development. The main findings from these studies are presented in the final section of the chapter.
