Abstract

Fokusgruppeintervjuene i denne studien viste at hjemmesykepleiere erfarer å ha kunnskap og vilje, men liten myndighet i tverrfaglig legemiddelgjennomgang for hjemmeboende eldre. The focus group interviews in this study showed that homecare nurses experience having knowledge and will, but little authority in interdisciplinary drug-reviews for elderly people living at home. The content analysis resulted in two main categories with seven subcategories: The actors' responsibilities and tasks (nurse; doctor; pharmacist) and the Organization's significance for the interaction (management; communication and logistics; routines and guidelines; time and staffing).
