Fagfornyelsen, profesjonsfellesskap og partssamarbeid

Abstract

Prosjektet gir innsikt i hvordan profesjonsfelleskap i grunnskoler og videregående skoler jobber for at elevene skal oppleve Fagfornyelsens intensjoner, og hvordan lokale skolemyndigheter, skoleledelse, lærere og tillitsvalgte kan bidra til å styrke profesjonsfellesskapet i dette arbeidet. Fem skoler har deltatt i prosjektet. Vi har sett at i disse fem skolene har lærerne gjennom Fagfornyelsen fått et større handlingsrom for å utvikle ny undervisningspraksis, men som også kan oppleves som utfordrende i fag som har sentralgitt eksamen. Der vi ser det tydeligste tegnet på endring av undervisningspraksis, er arbeidet knyttet til tverrfaglige tema, både i enkeltfag og ikke minst på tvers av fag. Arbeidet impliserer et tettere samarbeid mellom lærerne i arbeidet med Overordnet del. Når det gjelder elevmedvirkning er det fortsatt et stort potensial for når og hvordan elevene kan medvirke i egne læringsprosesser. Skoleledelsen har hatt en sentral rolle i å drive arbeidet med Fagfornyelsen framover. Ledelsen har vist tillit til at de ansatte kan utvikle undervisningspraksis og lage planer for å realisere Fagfornyelsen. Partsdialogen mellom plasstillitsvalgte og skolens ledelse, og dialogen mellom skoleeier og hovedtillitsvalgte er jevnt over ikke utnyttet godt nok til å jobbe innovativt med utvikling av nye samarbeidsformer og undervisningspraksiser. Den viktigste konklusjonen om partssamarbeidets rolle i denne undersøkelsen er likevel den felles viljen og lysten til å ta i bruk en utviklingsorientert form for lokalt partssamarbeid i å skape nye organisatoriske og
