Abstract

Våren 2015 la Ludvigsen-utvalget fram utredningen «Fremtidens skole – fornyelse av fag og kompetanse». Utvalgets rapport var influert av internasjonale trender i skolefeltet og rapporten dannet grunnlaget for ideene som ligger til grunn for ny læreplanreform i skolen – fagfornyelsen. Fagfornyelsesreformen omtales som den største reformen i skolen siden Kunnskapsløftet. I vår avhandling forsøker vi å finne svar på hva som skjer når fagfornyelsesreformen skal inn i praksisfeltet - har implementeringsprosessen fram mot sommeren 2020 gitt lærerne ved Tillit videregående skole et kognitivt grunnlag som gjør de klare til å endre undervisningspraksis i tråd med fagfornyelsens intensjoner? Eller sagt med andre ord: Blir fagfornyelsens ideer løftet inn i klasserommet? For å få en forståelse av hvordan reformideen oversettes og forløper, har vi lagt til grunn ulike doktriner – eller riktige måter – å oversette en reformidé på. Vi har gjennomført en kvantitativ undersøkelse med høy svarprosent. I tillegg gjennomførte vi et kvalitativt studie der seks lærere ble intervjuet hvor hvert intervju hadde en varighet på 30-60 minutter. Funn i vår studie viser at selv om det kognitive kunnskapsgrunnlaget delvis er på plass vil det mest sannsynlige utfallet bli at lærerne tar det beste ut av fagfornyelsen og tilpasser det til dagens praksis.
