En cada colectivo existen dificultades específicas para garantizar un tratamiento y unas condiciones laborales igualitarias y respetuosas con la identidad de género y la orientación sexual ya desde la fase de selección. Además, con carácter general, resulta problemática la aplicación de las disposiciones resultantes de la negociación colectiva que tienen el objetivo de garantizar la igualdad.
