Palo de escoba. La danza de las brujas

Abstract

Este texto indaga en torno a la cuestión de si las brujas encarnan la lucha por la liberación de estereotipos limitantes antropocéntricos. Para ello, y desde una óptica ecofeminista, se atiende a las causas económicas de las acusaciones y los juicios por brujería analizados por Silvia Federici (2004), en aras de nutrir el diálogo entre las Willis del ballet romántico Giselle (Gautier y Saint-Georges, 1841) y la Danza de la Bruja expresionista de Mary Wigman (1926). Evidenciando, de este modo, que queerizar la bruja no solo posibilita (re) signifi car un constructo usado en contra de las mujeres sino, además, trascender binarismos normativos que simplifi can el mundo para imponer categorías de identidad inmutables y permanentes. Contribuyendo, así, a preservar la memoria universal de muchas mujeres sabias que históricamente fueron y son señaladas debido a su ECOnocimiento y ECOnexión en su baile con la naturaleza y, también, con la cultura. Todos estos ecos resuenan para alentar el propósito de lograr un bien común universal que debiera ser el de alcanzar una buena vida a través de la resonancia que plantea Hartmut Rosa (2019) y la vinculación con el territorio próximo y con la comunidad que propone Yayo Herrero (2022). Solo desde el reconocimiento de nuestra ecodependencia podremos impulsar pactos de ayuda mutua (Puleo, 2022) que, además de dignifi car nuestra relación con la Naturaleza, restaurarán la memoria universal de las brujas.
