Abstract

En el mes de setiembre de 2024, en el marco de la quinta edición del “Curso de Perfeccionamiento: Las Relaciones Laborales y Protección Social. Trabajo decente, transformaciones laborales y calidad de vida: cambio económico y digitalización”, organizado conjuntamente por el Instituto Universitario de Investigación en Estudios Latinoamericanos de la Universidad de Alcalá y las Facultades de Derecho de la Universidad de San Martín de Porres y la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, tuve el honor de participar con una ponencia que buscaba desarrollar estrategias clave para que las empresas puedan afrontar la transformación digital, sin perder de vista la importancia de identificar y potenciar el talento interno. Este proceso de adaptación cuenta como principales herramientas el reskilling (perfeccionamiento de habilidades) y el upskilling (capacitación en nuevas competencias), teniendo como objetivo hacer posible maximizar el potencial de la fuerza laboral existente, en un contexto donde la adaptación a los continuos avances tecnológicos se vuelve cada vez más crucial.
