Abstract

The objective of this work is to study the death from the point of view of different religious confessions and the national law, regarding both, national and autonomous government. Furthermore, it is analyzed if the procedures are in accordance with their religious convictions, and if there is the possibility of reach an agreement regarding the adequate treatment of the cadaver according to the Spanish legislation, as well as the final destination of the deceased. We end this paper by analyzing a judgment of the TEDH that deals with this right.
