El presente trabajo se centra en el estudio de la Ciberdelincuencia. En el mismo se analizará su significado a lo largo de la historia hasta la actualidad y las consecuencias que provocan la comisión de este tipo de actividades delictivas. Investigaremos sobre los tipos de sujetos que forman parte del cibercrimen y los distintos delitos que vienen regulados. Además no solo nos adentraremos en la regulación proporcionada por España sino que veremos las distintas regulaciones en los países seleccionados.
This work focuses on the study of Cybercrime. It will analyze its meaning throughout history to the present day and the consequences of committing such criminal activities. We will investigate the types of individuals involved in cybercrime and the different offenses that are regulated. Furthermore, we will not only delve into the regulation provided by Spain but also examine the various regulations in the selected countries.
