desease free interval of the following variables: age, gender, tumoral location, elective surgery, form of presentation, ASA grade, surgery approach, stage at diagnosis, histological grade of differentiation, vascular invasion, perineural invasion, distal edge, radial edge, adjuvant chemotherapy and HIPEC treatment. This study analyzes the results obtained by the IBM SPSS v.26 program, using our database. It is been realized a Cox regression and a Kaplan-Meier survival analysis. This results are discussed and compared with the available medical literature. Introduction: despite the incidence and mortality are been falling for decades, colorectal carcinoma is one of the most incident oncology deseases in the world nowadays. Objetives: the objetive of the present study is the analysis of global survival and free desease interval of those patients who have been operated. This also includes a descriptive study of our database from our patients. Material and methods: a database from 160 patients from Hospital Príncipe de Asturias (Alcalá de Henares, Madrid) with colorectal adenocarcinoma stage T4 diagnosis has been used for this study. Results: the analysis of our database shows a medium time of survival of 24.5 months. The medium free desease interval of our patients was 28.68 months. Discussion: the results of our study are in line with the available evidence nowadays. HIPEC administration and tumoral location are discussed in the text. Conclusion: there were 3 statistically signifiant variables: ASA grade, stage at diagnosis and adjuvant chemotherapy administration (p<0.05)
