Abstract

The aim of this research is to immerse yourself in the study and analysis of four common concepts to the world of architecture and fashion design, that appear in the creative process from the conception till the materialization. The four concepts that, with this study, we pretend to analyze are: Fold, Transparency, Lightness and Superposition, getting to know the existing relationship between both disciplines. For this, we will procced with an analysis methodology structured in four steps; definition of the concept, antecedents, applicate approximation to the concept and case study. The objective is to demonstrate, through this study, the similitudes and dissonances among these creative processes, revealing a more cohesive and integral vision of the theoretical currents that underlie in the essence of the substance that constructs the object, both in the world of fashion and architecture.
