En los últimos años, se han dado una serie de crisis migratorias y sanitarias que han cambiado el mundo en el que vivimos hoy en día. Los traductores e intérpretes han intervenido en estas para que la comunicación entre el usuario y el proveedor de servicios o entidad pudiera llevarse a cabo mediante las técnicas y las herramientas de las que disponían. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es analizar si ha habido cambios en la situación de la TISP en los contextos de emergencia. Esta investigación es una revisión sistemática de la literatura que pretende analizar temáticas relevantes concernientes al ámbito que queremos abarcar. La hipótesis que planteamos es que, debido a los numerosos cambios en los últimos años por la globalización y las crisis migratorias y sanitarias, creemos que ha habido un cambio en la situación de la TISP en estos contextos en cuanto a la comunicación, la tecnología y el perfil de los profesionales, pero que la presencia de estos es escasa en los medios. Para confirmar esta hipótesis trataremos los siguientes puntos I) presentaremos el marco teórico en el que se encuadra el ámbito que queremos investigar, II) analizaremos mediante la revisión sistemática los artículos seleccionados y III) procederemos a la exposición de los resultados del análisis por temáticas. Por último, los resultados confirman la hipótesis de que ha habido cambios en cuanto a la tecnología y al perfil del TEI, aunque la opinión pública se mantiene en la misma posición que hace unos años

In recent years, there have been a number of migration and health crises that have changed the world we live in today in which translators and interpreters have been involved, so that communication between the user and the service provider or entity could be carried out using the techniques and tools available to them. The main objective of this investigation is to analyse whether there have been changes in the status of PSIT in emergency contexts. This research is a systematic literature review that aims to analyse relevant issues concerning the field we want to cover. Our hypothesis is based on the numerous changes in recent years due to globalisation and migration and health crises, we believe that there has been a change in the situation of PSIT in 134 these contexts in terms of communication, technology and the profile of professionals, but that the presence of these professionals is scarce in the media. In order to confirm this hypothesis, we will address the following points I) we will present the theoretical framework in which the field we want to investigate is framed, II) we will analyse the selected articles by means of a systematic review and III) we will proceed to present the results of the analysis by subject area. Finally, the results confirm the hypothesis that there have been changes in terms of technology and the profile of translators and interpreters, although public opinion remains in the same position as a few years ago
