Abstract

La Confederación Hidrográfica del Guadiana ha elaborado estudios de avenidas que se plasman en un plan de gestión del riesgo de inundación. Valora los posibles daños causados y las mejoras que se deben realizar para paliar los daños de estas avenidas. Este trabajo se enmarca en la zona del río Azuer a su paso por Membrilla y Manzanares, describe las obras de fábrica que afectan al mal funcionamiento del drenaje de la zona, y de los organismos implicados en ellas. Se hace una simulación de la lámina de inundación con un ajuste de los datos reales de lluvia, y se calculan los caudales que llegan a los puntos de cierre de cada cuenca estimada. La propuesta de mejora consistiría en un canal de derivación de unos 7 km, desde el cruce con la CR 6032 en Membrilla, hasta después de su paso por la EDAR de Manzanares, sería la creación de un parque fluvial. Además, se describe el coste económico de las afecciones que enumera la CHG, y el presupuesto que asigna a la posible reparación. Como se aprecia, el coste de la solución propuesta es de 13,8 millones €, mientras que el coste económico en daños previsto es de 392 millones €. Con los resultados de este trabajo se mejora la gestión de los recursos hidráulicos en episodios extraordinarios de avenida, y se desea disminuir los posibles daños económicos de la zona, e involucrar con mayor determinación a las distintas administraciones que influyen en esta correcta gestión.
