El presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster tiene la finalidad de estudiar e investigar por completo el Derecho Penal Militar, tan presente en muchos ámbitos de la sociedad y a la vez tan desconocido. La Jurisdicción castrense goza de una notable importancia en todos los textos legales presentes en todo el Ordenamiento Jurídico Español, tal es así que en este trabajo se nombran hasta 13 leyes que solo se aplican en esta Jurisdicción. Se ha realizado un análisis en toda su extensión normativa, disciplinaria, en el ámbito procesal y penitenciario, haciendo una breve mención a una institución creada ad hoc para el ámbito militar, el cual es el Ministerio Fiscal Jurídico Militar, cuyas competencias son muy parecidas al Ministerio Fiscal, pero con aplicación en esa esfera particular.

The purpose of this Master's Thesis is to study and fully investigate Military Criminal Law, so present in many areas of society and at the same time so unknown. The Military Jurisdiction enjoys considerable importance in all the legal texts present throughout the Spanish Legal System, so much so that in this work up to 6 laws have been named that only apply in this Jurisdiction. An analysis has been carried out in all its normative and disciplinary extension, in the procedural and penitentiary sphere, making a brief mention of an institution created ad hoc for the military sphere, which is the Military Legal Prosecutor's Office, whose competences are very similar to that of the Fiscal Ministry but with application in that particular sphere
