Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación trata sobre el estudio de analizar la importancia de la actividad física en personas mayores de 50 años que tengan enfermedades cardiovasculares con esto se quiere mejorar su calidad de vida al conocer su rutina. Las enfermedades cardiovasculares son enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles que afectan al sistema circulatorio, estas pueden ser la enfermedad coronaria, la hipertensión arterial, entre otros, estas enfermedades pueden ser perjudiciales para personas de mayor de edad como lo son los ancianos, siendo estas personas más propensas de desarrollar una repercusión negativa en su salud como lo es el infarto. Las personas mayores de 50 años presentan características que puedan influir en la manifestación de enfermedades crónicas como lo es las enfermedades cardiacas. Las personas mayores de 50 años son propensas a padecer enfermedades que afectan su estado físico y mental debido a que tienen vidas muy sedentarias y llenas de preocupaciones o estrés. El estudio se basó en estudiar a pacientes que presentan enfermedades cardiovasculares. Se llevó a cabo en la población de Beijing con una fecha aproximada de duración de 3 meses. Se asignaron un total de 75 personas para la realización de una encuesta. Llegando a la conclusión que las personas deben conocer los beneficios que traen la calidad de vida de las personas que no realizan ejercicios diariamente, su cambio de mentalidad puede ayudarlos a mejorar su vida frente a las enfermedades cardiovasculares.

This research deals with the study of analyzing the importance of physical exercises in people over 50 years of age who has cardiovascular diseases, with this we are intended to improve the quality of their lives through daily physical exercises. Cardiovascular disease as a chronic non-infectious disease which is harmful for human physical circulatory system. This kind of disease such as coronary disease and arteria hypertension which can cause senior people myocardial infarction. Because of the sedentary life style and full of anxious and pressures, people over 50 years of age is more easier get mental or physical diseases. This research lasts 3 months which based on 75 patients who has cardiovascular diseases in Beijing. In conclusion, senior people who has cardiovascular diseases should realize that daily exercises are beneficial for improving the quality of their lives.
