Prestaciones de la Seguridad Social y Covid19

Abstract

"Social Security benefits and Covid 19” constitutes a work focused on the protective action of the State that, through the benefits of the National Social Security System, has served as help and provision in the face of situations of need generated by the pandemic of COVID 19. This work is divided into two different blocks: "Emergency Labor Regulations During the Health Crisis by Covid 19" and "Social Security Benefits and Covid19”. The first of them analyzes how the social policies of the public powers, throughout 2020, were used to deal with a set of epidemiological situations that occurred in Spain. Following a chronological order, we will analyze the social regulations enacted during said damage, their epidemiological context, and the objective of said protective action. On the other hand, "Social Security Benefits and Covid 19", breaks down the general concepts of the National Social Security System and, focused on the benefits destined for employed workers in the general regime that receives them; develops the help and provision of said benefits as a contingency before its scope of protection and the contingencies derived from the health emergency caused by Covid 19.
