La dactiloscopia en el proceso penal

Abstract

The identification of the perpetrator of a crime at the crime scene is the most desired objective of the investigators. To do this, they will use both the most advanced and the most traditional means and techniques to discover you. Fingerprinting is the most common means of identification in the fight against crime, both at Community and international level, allowing the justice system to limit its subjective scope and target a specific individual. Knowing its validity and effectiveness will ensure that the right to be presumed innocent remains without procedural interference until such time as the judicial authority decides in its favour or against it.
