In the present paper, a research of sexual abuse and sexual assault crimes is going to be performed. It is for this reason, that an analysis of the general concept will be needed, as well as a study of the criminal regulation of the Penal Code, the crime's different variants and the most relevant jurisprudence in order to compare them and to be able to draw some conclusions. Moreover, an analysis of the evolution of the Penal Code with respect both crimes will be conducted. Finally, "La Manada" case will be deeply studied, due to its media impact in our contry.

En el presente trabajo se realiza un estudio de los delitos de abuso y agresión sexual. Por ello, se hará un análisis sobre su concepto general, su regulación en el Código Penal, sus diferentes variantes y la jurisprudencia más relevante, para compararlos y poder extraer conclusiones, además de un análisis sobre la evolución del Código Penal respecto a ambos delitos. Por último, se analizará el caso de “La Manada”, debido a su gran impacto mediático en nuestro país.
