Identidad de género, educación y estilo atribucional

Abstract

The main purpose of this project was to study the relationship between gender roles education during childhood and adult attribution. The association between those factors and school or work performance was also studied. Furthermore, the relationship between demographic factors, attribution and gender roles were analyzed in 60 Spanish people. A questionnaire was made especially for this investigation, based on extensive psychological literature about gender. This project showed evidence for the link between gender roles and gender identity, as well as their fluctuations depending on professional environment and generations. This study shows the importance to further our knowledge and investigation of gender and how it is acquired.
