Sistemas de drenaje urbano sostenible

Abstract

Con el desarrollo de la economaí social y la aceleración de la urbanización, la escasez de agua y la contaminación ambiental del agua se han convertido gradualmente en dos principales problemas hdíricos que enfrentan el desarrollo social y económico de China, y también los problemas urgentes en el proceso de urbanización en China. El anegamiento urbano es el resultado de la lluvia que excede la capacidad de drenaje, por lo que el sistema de drenaje urbano sostenible mejorará el sistema de drenaje urbano tradicional, reflejado en el reciclaje del agua: reduciendo las inundaciones, la contaminación y embelleciendo las ciudades, etc. Este trabajo analiza los conceptos y las legislaciones sobre la construcción sostenible de ciudades en varios pasíes, y concluye con que la construcción de ciudades esponja debe calar en un discurso poltíico con apoyo legal por parte de los gobiernos. La construcción de una ciudad esponja debe excluir: la búsqueda de un aumento ilimitado a escala urbanización; debe combinarse con la economaí y el número de residentes; debe abandonar los edificios mal generados en el proceso de urbanización; debe minimizar el uso de recursos. En este contexto y combinando tanto los conceptos de construcción de en diversos pasíes como las condiciones nacionales de China, se ha conceptualizado lo que deberaí ser la construcción sostenible de la ciudad.
