Instituciones liberatorias: La Libertad condicional y los beneficios penitenciarios

Abstract

The basis of this work, finds its origin in institutions participating in the same idea, overtaking ora head of the departure of the prisoners, either to fulfill certain requirements, and legal objectives and as a benefits concession by the State Administration. It is them to study the so-called common profiles from prison benefits and called fourth grade prison who identifies with probation. And we study the different modes prisons, which are overtaking probation in its various forms, the particular pardon, almost extinct redemption penalties for work, and probation as a penal-correctional institution.
