El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el análisis de las facultades que ostenta el arrendatario de una finca urbana para realizar obras que eliminen las barreras arquitectónicas de la finca. Dicha labor se realiza a través de las diferentes normas que abordan la cuestión (Leyes 29/1994, 5/1995, 49/1960 y 5/2006 catalana), distinguiendo si las obras de supresión se realizan en una vivienda, en una finca destinada a otros usos o en los elementos comunes del edificio o complejo inmobiliario en el que se encuentra situada la finca arrendada

The present work takes as an object the analysis of the powers that there shows the lessee of an estate to realize works to remove the architectural barriers. This analysis is made across the different rules that regulate the question (Laws 29/1994, 5/1995, 49/1960 and 5/2006 Catalan), distinguishing if the works to remove that are realized in a housing, in a building destined for other uses or in the common elements of the building or real-estate complex where the hired estate is placed in
