El autor reflexiona sobre una de las cuestiones jurídicas que se han planteado con la normativa reguladora del estado de alarma: la prescripción del delito. A su juicio, el RDL 463/2020 no solo no ha afectado a los plazos de prescripción de delito, sino que no podría hacerlo.
