Abstract

Les migrations internes ont été un su- jet récurrent dans la production cinématogra- phique espagnole. Cette étude est centrée sur les femmes qui commencent une nouvelle vie en ville, dans trois films ancrés dans la période de transition du XXe au XXIe siècle: Solas (Benito Zambrano, 1999), Volver (Pedro Almodóvar, 2006), La soledad (Jaime Rosales, 2007). La pers- pective du genre permettra d’identifier les ca- ractéristiques propres aux personnages féminins qui participent à ce phénomène de déplacement territorial et identitaire : leurs motivations, leurs expériences dans le monde urbain et leurs liens avec la campagne. Ces questionnements s’appliquent, dans cette analyse, à une période de prospérité économique où les flux migratoires à l’intérieur du pays étaient en baisse par rapport aux décennies précédentes.

El fenómeno migratorio ha sido retra- tado por el cine español en diferentes momen- tos de su historia. Este estudio se centra en las mujeres que abandonan su pueblo para aventu- rarse en una nueva vida en la ciudad, a partir del análisis de tres películas del cambio de milenio: Solas (Benito Zambrano, 1999), Volver (Pedro Almodóvar, 2006), La soledad (Jaime Rosales, 2007). Las obras seleccionadas se ambientan en el boom económico y, por tanto, en un periodo de escaso movimiento poblacional en el interior del país. Al introducir la perspectiva de género, se pretende identificar las características propias de los personajes femeninos que participan en el proceso migratorio: las razones de su desplaza- miento, su experiencia en la urbe y su (des)vin- culación con el campo.
