Sobre las condiciones de una libertad sensible: la libertad de expresión

The historical perspective is useful when analyzing the meaning of freedom of expression in our societies and the challenges that condition its exercise. In this sense, the conditioned nature of freedom of expression, both from a theoretical and practical point of view, allows us to understand the central character of that freedom in constitutional systems.
