This study makes a first approach of a quantitative nature to the main variables affected by the 2021 labour reform and, in particular, those that have to do with hiring. Although it is too early to be able to carry out an exhaustive impact assessment, the change in trend observed in some of them may give us some clues as to how effective the legal changes introduced will be in relation to the objectives set out, the corollary of all of them being the fight against temporary employment and the harmful effects that derive from it.
