El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el estudio de la salud laboral de la mujer trabajadora partiendo de los datos actuales sobre las características del trabajo de la mujer. Posteriormente el estudio se centra en las cuestiones más actuales a destacar por la jurisprudencia en la interpretación de la regulación legal existente sobre la protección de la seguridad y salud de la mujer en su situación de maternidad. The objective of this work is to study the occupational health of working women based on current data on the characteristics of women's work. Subsequently, the study focuses on the most current issues to be highlighted by the jurisprudence in the interpretation of the legal regulation on the protection of the safety and health of women in their maternity situation.
