This work addresses the implementation of the 2030 Agenda using a human rights-based approach as a conceptual framework, considering gender from an integrated, transversal perspective. Following the errors detected in the Millennium Development Goals as a precedent of the current Sustainable Development Goals, some tools are presented to implement the proposals of the Agenda at a national level. To this end, the participation of all the actors involved is essential, paying special attention to the private sector, as is the reinforcement of accountability as an element for control and supervision. Commitment to the aforementioned focus on the dynamic implementation of the 2030 Agenda implies adopting a perspective of analysis that affects all dimensions based on international human rights standards.
