Sexual harassment and sexist harassment have usually been linked to the policies of equality and non-discrimination of companies. However, it is possible to address it as an occupational risk and, therefore, it makes sense to embed preventive activity in sexual harassment and sex-based protocols, as a companies obligation incardinated in its general duty of safety and health protection at workplace. El acoso sexual y el acoso por razón de sexo se han vinculado habitualmente a las políticas de igualdad y no discriminación de las empresas. Sin embrago, es posible abordarlo como un riesgo laboral y, por lo tanto , tiene sentido encarmarcar la actividad preventiva en protocolos de acoso sexual y por razón de sexo, como una obligación de seguridad y salud laboral empresarial más, incardinada en su deber general de protección.
