Relevancia de una hoja de registro e información única en la atención del usuario/paciente y los profesionales sanitarios

Abstract

Introducción: Nuestro proyecto surge con la convicción de que un sistema de registro e Información único (HRI) para obtener información confiable e indicadores sobre los procesos asistenciales que incluyen a pacientes pluripatológicos (PP) en Atención Domiciliaria (AD), permitirá desarrollar la gestión, planificación, investigación, evaluación epidemiológica y de riesgos, del rendimiento y la toma de decisiones en el Servicio Sanitario Público Andaluz (SSPA). Los objetivos serán desarrollar una hoja de registro única en AD para el PP y posteriormente ofrecer la evaluación de este modelo a través de información esencial sobre las características de los pacientes atendidos, del servicio ofrecido y los beneficios conseguidos. Método: Estudio cuasiexperimental para la evaluación del impacto de los nuevos registros de información respecto a la HRI utilizada habitualmente en la Unidad de Gestión Clínica en la provincia de Almería.
