Este artículo analiza las situaciones de conflicto entre derechos fundamentales, que se denominan dilemas constitucionales. Se aproxima al concepto de derechos como valores inconmensurables en sentido débil. El conflicto entre principios es interpretado en dos niveles: sopesamiento y ponderación. Se analiza su posible conceptualización como un dilema de sacrificio. En este contexto, es útil la categoría de contenido esencial de los derechos. This article analyzes the situations of conflicts between fundamental rights, that they are called constitutional dilemmas. It approximates to the concept of rights as a values incommensurable in a weak sense. The conflict between principles is interpreted in two levels: weighing and balancing.
