Este artículo se inicia con unas consideraciones sobre cómo debe ser el modelo de profesor ideal. A continuación, se analiza el concepto de justicia, abogando por un positivismo corregido, que tiene en la Ética pública la fuente de la legitimidad, alejado de cualquier forma de iusnaturalismo. En su aproximación al concepto de Derecho se amplían estas nociones que deben responder las preguntas: “¿quién manda?”, “¿cómo se manda?”, “¿qué se manda?” y “¿por qué obedecer?”. El texto concluye con unas reflexiones sobre el talante de aquellos que dedican su proyecto de vida a la investigación.
