Effects of Antifungal of Amaranthus Extracts on T. harzianum and F. moniliforme Antagonizm

Abstract

Bu calismada Trichoderma harzianum’un uc izolati ve Fusarium moniliforme’ye karsi Amaranthus blitoides, A. refraflexus, A. albus ekstraktlarinin antifungal etkileri arastirilmistir. Ekstraktlar %0.5, %1 ve %2 konsantrasyonlarinda besiyerine uygulanmistir. Farkli konsantrasyonlardaki ekstraktlarin bulundugu agar ortaminda Amaranthus bitki ekstraktlarinin T. harzianum’un uc izolati ile F. moniliforme arasindaki antagonistik etkileri in vitro kosullarda calisilmistir. A. albus’un %1 ve %2’lik konsantrasyonlari F. moniliforme’nin misel gelisimini %66.7 oranininda etkilemistir. T. harzianum izolatlari F. moniliforme’ye karsi antagonistik aktivite gostermistir. Amaranthus ekstraktlarinin %2’lik konsantrasyonlari ortamlara eklendiginde de T. harzianum, F. moniliforme’nin gelisimini engellemistir.
