Abstract

Conoci al Dr. Julio Vildosola Fuenzalida alla a comienzos de la decada pasada, en Lima, cuando fue invitado por la Sociedad Nacional de Mineria y Petroleo de mi pais para que expusiera sobre el regimen minero de la Republica de Chile, particularmente en los aspectos del dominio de los recursos naturales y los incentivos a la inversion.
