Abstract

Desde hace un par de anos se encuentra publicado un breve y llamativo Libro escrito por Jorge Bermudez Soto, titulado Las Relaciones entre el Derecho Administrativo y el Derecho Comun: Derecho Positivo, Doctrina y Jurisprudencia. Es llamativo, pues trata un asunto de dificil esclarecimiento y poco desarrollo en la Teoria del Derecho nacional, a saber, el problema de la autonomia de las disciplinas juridicas, por lo cual merece reconocimiento. Tal como lo menciona su nombre, el problema en cuestion busca determinar cuales son los criterios en virtud de los cuales estamos justificados para predicar la autonomia de una determinada disciplina juridica y cuales son las consecuencias sistematicas que dicha atribucion produce.
