Ultimamente ha surgido una interesante polemica respecto del alcance que podria tener la declaracion que efectuen los tribunales de justicia de la nulidad de derecho publico de una resolucion de la Direccion General de Aguas que hubiere otorgado derechos de aprovechamiento de aguas. El presente articulo pretende reflexionar sobre los alcances que ella tendria.
