Ciclos de atenção à maconha no Brasil

Abstract

Sistematizando quatro ciclos de atencao a maconha no Brasil, identificamos alguns atores importantes e buscamos explicitar controversias economicas, terapeuticas, racistas e geo-estrategicas que atravessam a historia desta planta neste territorio. Finalmente, demonstramos que a diversificacao dos interesses e a emergencia de novos interessados por este tema configuram a existencia de um “problema publico” cuja solucao demanda inovacoes substanciais.
