Abstract

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">M&aring;let med artikkelen er &aring; synliggj&oslash;re hvordan bachelorstudenter i ergoterapi kan utvikle profesjonell handlingskompetanse gjennom aktivitetsbasert pedagogikk. P&aring; bakgrunn av dette gjennomf&oslash;rte vi kvalitative fokusgruppeintervju med 12 ergoterapeutstudenter som hadde deltatt i undervisningsopplegget </em>&ldquo;<em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">Aktivitetsgrupper-lede og delta&rdquo;. Datamaterialet ble analysert etter retningslinjer for fenomenologisk basert meningskondensering. Studentene diskuterte sine erfaringer og det kom tydelig fram at undervisningsopplegget ga dem muligheter til &aring; bruke sitt engasjement og sin kreativitet i valg av aktiviteter for sin simulerte aktivitetsgruppe. Videre fikk de muligheter til &aring; oppdage sider ved anvendelse av aktiviteter for ulike pasienter, som de ikke kunne forst&aring; uten integrering av teori i praktisk ferdighetstrening. Ved planlegging, gjennomf&oslash;ring og refleksjon over &aring; lede og delta i aktivitetsgrupper, opp&oslash;vet de evnen til handlingsrefleksjon. Aktivitetsbasert pedagogikk kan bidra til utvikling av profesjonell handlingskompetanse og det er behov for b&aring;de teoretiske og praktiske l&aelig;ringsformer. Funnene ble diskutert i lys av pedagogisk handlingsteori.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span></em></span></span></p>
