The assay analyzes the evolution of the religious tourism legislation and the enforcing of links with the valorization of cultural heritage into the actions of regions and central legislator. Thought the evolution from the Social Tourism to the Cultural Tourism are explored the new forms of promotion of the material and immaterial cultural heritage with a special attention to the cultural and religious paths.
