This document contains both the original environmental resource inventory, published in September 1978, and its supplement, published in June 1992. The supplement includes a ground water pollution survey, sections covering surface water quality, environmentally sensitive areas, hydric soils and septic suitability, and a survey of Pancoast Road in Barnegat Township. The section on environmentally sensitive areas includes information on rare, threatened and endangered species in the Township.
