This 2003 annual water quality report by New Jersey American Water (a member of the EPA's Partnership for Safe Water Program that is committed to voluntarily providing drinking water of a quality far better than required by federal regulations) details the results of water quality testing completed from January to December, 2003. The purpose of this report is to raise people's understanding of drinking water and awareness of the need to protect our drinking water sources. Included in this report are details about where the water comes from, what it contains (including levels of Cryptosporidium and radon), and how our water quality results compare to federal and state standards.
