This is the third report in the Master Plan series for East Hanover. Previous reports have dealt with the resources, potentials and objectives of the community. This report will outline the comprehensive plan whereby these objectives can be realized. The Master Plan proposals are developed around the concept of a residential community surrounding a Township Center supported by a balanced industrial and commercial base. This report discusses: each of the separate proposals that make up the overall master plan in the first section and implementation proposals in the second section.
