VLADAVINA PRAVA I DISKRIMINACIJA LGBTI OSOBA U BOSNI I HERCEGOVINI

Abstract

Rad daje doprinos definisanju načela vladavine prava, čije je značenje još uvijek sporno i neusaglašeno, iako je u središtu ne samo procesa proširenja Evropske unije, nego i moderne demokratije uopšte. Autorke potom analiziraju stanje vladavine prava u Bosni i Hercegovini kroz istraživanje da li i u kojem omjeru u ovoj državi postoji diskriminacija prema LGBTI osobama. Sagledavanjem trenutnih izazova, ali i perspektive zaštite ljudskih prava ovih osoba u budućnosti - radom se identifikuju ozbiljni nedostaci u zaštiti LGBTI oso- ba od diskriminacije. Autorice ukazuju na mjere koje je potrebno poduzeti kako bi se vladavina prava u Bosni i Hercegovini unaprijedila i kako bi ova država postala dio modernog zapadnoevropskog pravnog okruženja i članica Evropske unije.
