Según datos de la U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, la industria de los eventos tendrá un crecimiento de un 44% del 2010 al 2020, por una razón principal: el 98% de los consumidores dice que es más probable que compre un producto después de vivir una experiencia que esté directamente relacionada a él. Las previsiones parecen afirmar que se debe proporcionar este valor añadido para conseguir un engagement real con el consumidor.
