Teknik İpliklerin Disk (Capstan) Sürtünmesi Üzerine Deneysel Çalışmalar

Abstract

Bu makalede teknik ipliklerin (2 × 68 tex Cam, 200 tex Cam ve 168 tex Kevlar) disk (capstan) statik surtunmesi ile ilgili deneysel calismalar verilmistir. Ilk deney olarak disk uzerini iplikle kaplayarak iplik-iplik surtunmesi incelenmistir. Iplik-iplik disk surtunmesinin Howell formulunun diske uygulanmis haline uydugu gorulmustur. Daha sonra ayni disk uzerinde iplik-metal disk surtunmesi incelenmistir. Iplik-metal disk surtunme formulunun iplik-iplik surtunmesinden elde edilen formule bir f m metal faktoru eklenerek bulunabilecegi gosterilmistir. Calismanin devaminda disk surtunmesine disk capinin etkisi 12 kademeli bir disk uzerinde incelenmistir ve disk capi azaldikca surtunme katsayisinin azaldigi bulunmustur. Ayrica; f m metal faktorunun belli bir iplik giris gerginliginden sonra ortaya ciktigi, cam iplikleri icin daha fazla oldugu ve dolayisi ile cam ipliklerinin metali daha fazla asindiracagi tespit edilmistir.
