D’entrée de jeu, laissez-moi lever mon chapeau à vous qui oeuvrez avec coeur et passion dans ce merveilleux monde de l’enseignement. Je sais combien vous êtes dévoués et précieux. Je suis conscient que vous faites de votre mieux, avec la meilleure des intentions, à chaque fois que vous prenez place dans vos milieux. Les relations harmonieuses sont essentielles en gestion de classe et gestion de soi. Elles nous offrent cette belle opportunité de conserver adéquatement nos énergies et d’enseigner dans un climat de confiance où l’ambiance positive favorise des terrains d’apprentissages fertiles et prometteurs.
