Ley de trabajo doméstico remunerado

Abstract

Presenta la actualización del Capítulo Octavo del Segundo Código del trabajo, sobre trabajo doméstico remunerado, hecha el 24 de julio de 2009, algunos de los temas centrales que se presenta en esta Ley son: condiciones y derechos laborales de las trabajadoras domesticas, condiciones de trabajo y labores especificas de las trabajadoras, derecho de seguridad social, salario mínimo, vacaciones, jornadas, horas de descanso, entro otros.
